HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE) strategic investor ஆக பங்கேற்க விருப்பம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. திட்டத்தை முன்னெடுக்க Joint Working Group (JWG) அமைக்கப்படும்; Detailed Project Report (DPR) ஆறு மாதங்களுக்குள் இறுதிசெய்யப்படும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. சுமார் US$4 billion முதலீடும் ஆண்டுக்கு சுமார் 2.5 million Gross Tonnage shipbuilding capacity-யும் முன்மொழியப்பட்டவை; திட்டம் இன்னும் செயல்பாட்டுக்கு வரவில்லை.

2. Cabinet Approves Pradhan Mantri Viksit Gram Swaraj Yojana

Union Cabinet, Pradhan Mantri Viksit Gram Swaraj Yojana (PM VGSY) என்ற Centrally Sponsored Scheme-க்கு ஒப்புதல் அளித்தது. செயல்படுத்தும் காலம் 2026–27 முதல் 2030–31; மொத்த ஒதுக்கீடு ₹7,395.55 crore. இதில் Central Share ₹4,869.48 crore மற்றும் State Share ₹2,526.07 crore. 2.55 lakh-க்கும் அதிகமான Panchayats மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளுடன் தொடர்புடைய சுமார் 32 lakh elected representatives உள்ளிட்டோர் பயன்பெறுவார்கள். eGramSwaraj மூலம் Gram Panchayat Development Plans, AuditOnline மூலம் கணக்குத் தணிக்கை, உள்ளாட்சி நிர்வாகத் திறன் மேம்பாடு ஆகியவை முக்கிய நோக்கங்கள்.

Union Cabinet, Khelo India Sports Goods Manufacturing Scheme-க்கு ₹1,856.67 crore ஒதுக்கீட்டுடன் ஒப்புதல் அளித்தது. திட்டக் காலம் 2026 முதல் 2033–34. Sports equipment உற்பத்தி, ஆராய்ச்சி, innovation, வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் exports வளர்ப்பதே நோக்கம். Sports Goods Manufacturing Zones (SGMZs) உருவாக்கப்படும்; இவை BHAVYA Scheme மற்றும் NICDC Industrial Parks உடன் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்படும். 4. PMEGP: ₹1,000 Crore Subsidy for 11,333 Micro Enterprises

Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) கீழ் ₹1,000 crore Margin Money subsidy 28 October 2026 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது. Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi இந்த உதவியை அறிவித்தார். இதன் மூலம் 11,333 புதிய micro-enterprises அமைக்க ஆதரவு வழங்கப்படுகிறது; தொடர்புடைய bank-sanctioned loans சுமார் ₹3,260 crore. இந்த நிறுவனங்கள் மூலம் 1.02 lakh-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் உருவாகும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது — ஏற்கெனவே உருவாகிவிட்டன என பொருள் அல்ல.
